Charles E. Roy Jr.
E. Roy Jr. is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and a student of military history. He graduated from the University of Vermont in 1980 and received his Army commission through ROTC. His military service spanned 28 years, with retirement in 2008.
Reading military history and watching documentaries led him to question which influential subjects existing lists had overlooked. Encouraged by his wife, Joy, he developed his notes into Complete Book of Influential Military Lists, bringing that curiosity to readers.
